Antique Victorian sterling silver pair of table candlesticks, in a Neoclassical Corinthian style having square stepped bases, fluted columns, acanthus leaf capitals, removable nozzles, and gadroon and shell borders. Made by James Dixon and Sons of Sheffield in 1900. Height 27 cms (10.5 inches), bases 13 cms (5 inches) square. |
