Sterling silver very stylish Art Deco cigar / cigarette box, having ivory handles, twin hinged lids with engine-turned decoration, a plain rectangular body, cedar wood-lined interior, and sitting on four cast stepped feet. Made by Hamilton and Co. Ltd., of Birmingham in 1937. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver Art Deco table box are length 18.5 cms (7.3 inches), width 9.5 cms (3.75 inches), and height 4 cms (1.5 inches). |
