Antique Victorian sterling silver cigarette / cigar table box, having a very plain rectangular body with straight sides, curved corners, hinged lid with thumb-piece and rounded shoulders, and a wooden cedar-lined interior. Made by Sampson and Mordan of London in 1898. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver table box are length 13 cms (5 inches), height 5.5 cms (2.25 inches), and width 9 cms (3.5 inches). |
