Antique Edwardian sterling silver cigarette / cigarello case, having a rectangular shaped body with rounded edges, hand-engraved floral and geometrical style decoration, central vacant cartouche, and thumb-piece with catch. Made in Chester in 1909. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver cigar case are length 11.5 cms (4.5 inches), width 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), depth 2 cms (0.75 inch), and the weight is approx. 143g (4.6 troy ounces). |
