A very handsome Antique Sterling Silver and hand-cut crystal claret jug, having a plain oval mount and spout, a hinged domed lid with a thumb-piece, a plain scroll handle, together with a hand-cut round and panelled crystal body with reeded bands and star-cut base. This beautiful silver and crystal claret jug was made by John Round of Birmingham in 1919. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver and crystal claret jug are height 24 cms (9.5 inches), and length 16.5 cms (6.5 inches).
