An unusual and elegant Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver jewelery box, having a plain oval-shaped body with straight sides, a slightly domed hinged lid with an applied wire-work scroll border, a gold gilt interior, and all sitting on four wire-work feet. This beautiful silver jewellery box was made by Deakin and Francis of Birmingham in 1904. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver jewellery box are length 11 cms (4.25 inches), width 7.5 cms (3 inches), height 4.5 cms (1.75 inches), and it weight approx. 100g (3.2 troy ounces).
